Банк "Система" обошелся "Самолету" в 1,5 млрд руб.
Девелопер в феврале купил 100% КБ "Система" за 1,454 млрд рублей, говорится в отчетности "Самолета" по МСФО.
Банк работает с 1994 года. На конец прошлого года его активы составляли 2 млрд руб., капитал – 1,1 млрд руб.
