如果你知道解决某个问题的方法，却不愿意去执行，那你其实是有了一个新的问题 —— 如果让你自己愿意开始行动。
如果你没有吃足够的蔬菜，那你应该关注“如何让蔬菜不那么难吃”。如果你没有做足够的锻炼，那你应该关注“如何让锻炼没有那么难受”。你不应该强迫自己“难吃也要强行吃”、“难受也要强行练”，你应该去找让那些事情没有那么讨厌的办法。
比如我以前很讨厌涂防晒霜，因为我觉得防晒霜触感难受还难闻。所以多年来，即使在需要涂防晒霜的时候，我也一直不涂防晒霜。后来我发现了一款气味不难闻，触感也不难受的防晒霜。于是我的问题解决了。
另外，如果你发现你因为必须要解决某个问题而不得不忍受着某个让你感觉很糟糕的“解决方案”，请不要把这种糟糕视作“没办法”，去寻找那些让生活没有那么糟糕的办法吧。 source

The messaging service and social-media platform owes creditors roughly $700 million by the end of April, according to people briefed on the company’s plans and loan documents viewed by The Wall Street Journal. At the same time, Telegram Group Inc. must cover rising equipment and bandwidth expenses because of its rapid growth, despite going years without attempting to generate revenue.
The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
