Starting date: ASAP on May/June 2024
Location: Megenagna, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Partially in Remote working
Supervision: By Ethiopian partners based in Megenagna, Addis Ababa

Position Objectives (to be finalized during the on-boarding process):
- Carry out Market Survey by phone with customers in Western Europe & other International
regions
- Register customers needs in Engineering Services
- Look for new ways of contacting potential customers
- Every other miscellaneous activities in those fields : Marketing, Communication with potential
customers, Pre and Post Sales Management, Customers loyalty, Customers Management, Recruitment Management, etc
- Very motivating, diverse and innovative missions, possibilities of trainings and professional
evolution

Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual French Speaker with French accent (no local accent)
- Undergraduate or Master's graduation
- Can work with his/her own laptop
- Good command of Office / Open Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) and have access to this on their own
laptop.
- Very autonomous and independent – a fast learner
- Very open-minded and flexible to work with European professionals
- At ease to understand European customers logic and to negociate diplomatically with them
- At ease to understand European industries engineers needs and to propose strategies to address those
needs
- At ease with the evaluation of the Engineers work quality to ensure that it will meet customers
expectations
- Previous experiences in the position related fields (can include volunteer positions or non-paid
experiences)
- Ability to work full-time 9:30am to 6:30pm (3:30 to 12:30 local time) from Monday to Friday
