韩国总统尹锡悦涉嫌发动内乱的刑事案件审判程序20日在首尔中央地方法院启动，第一次庭前会议仅13分钟就宣告结束。尹锡悦方面对是否承认指控以及合并审理前防长金龙显等人所涉及的其他内乱案件均未明确表态。检方则表示，涉内乱案的被告人对指控事项的立场各不相同，要求法院进行并行审理而非合并审理。审判庭决定下月24日再举行一次庭前会议，之后正式开庭审理。
韩国宪法法院20日举行尹锡悦弹劾案庭审第十次辩论，尹锡悦短暂出庭。总理韩德洙出庭作证指，尹锡悦让其替代参加戒严两天后的活动，他也未听尹锡悦说“戒严半天就会被解除”。该说法引发人们对尹锡悦所谓“戒严属于警告性质”说法的质疑。宪法法院决定本月25日结束对总统尹锡悦弹劾案的庭审辩论。预计下月中旬判决结果将出炉。

The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48. For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”
