Position: Commodity Accounts/Stock Controller

Responsibility
- Maintain a clear accounting and documentation process for each shipment Enhance data integrity within the CTS system and ensure a smooth operation of the system.
- Monitor and review the physical inventory of all secondary warehouses under his/her supervision for monthly reconciliation Ensure all warehouse documents (physical inventory, stacking, ledger books, and stack cards) are well recorded and the balance is reconciled to each other.
- Check all the receipts, dispatch, requisition pads, waybills, distribution center visit report, and distribution lists and prepare the monthly Commodity Status Reports (CSR), Recipient Status Reports (RSR) and Loss Status Report (LSR) Ensure that each commodity report (CSR, RSR, and LSR) are accurate and reliable for the completion of the monthly and quarterly reports
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related position as Commodity Stock controller/accountant /Data clerk
- BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, and any other related fields.
