وفي الفتاوى الولوالجية للإمام عبد الرشيد بن أبي حنيفة الحنفي رحمه الله (ت ٥٤٠ ه):
رجل دخل المسجد والمؤذن يقيم ينبغي أن يقعد ولا يمكث قائماً؛ لأن هذا ليس أوان الشروع في الصلاة (٧١/١، الفصل الثامن: في الأذان، دار الكتب العلمية، بيروت).
В "аль-Фатава аль-Уальуалиджия" Имама 'Абдир Рошида ибн Аби Ханифа аль-Ханафи (да помилует его Аллах) (540 г.х.) приводится:
Человек зашел в мечеть а муаззин читает икама, ему следует сидеть и не оставаться в стоячем положении: так как это не является временем начала намаза (1/71, Восьмой раздел: О азане, Даруль кутубуль илмия, Бейрут).
