李强在会上表示：要围绕稳增长、稳就业、防风险等，抓紧实施一批针对性组合性协同性强的政策措施；要围绕高质量发展，在转方式、调结构、增动能上下更大功夫；要建立健全政府与民企、外资等各类企业的常态化沟通交流机制，通过增强工作互动性来增强决策科学性。
