韩国佛教徒手举灯笼参加「燃灯会」（Lotus Lantern Festival）游行，迎接即将到来的「佛诞节」，首尔。5月11日，首尔市举行一年一度的佛教「燃灯会」游行庆典，共有约5万名韩国佛教徒参加，点亮超过10万盏不同造型的灯笼。「燃灯会」是朝鲜半岛的一项传统灯节，历史可追溯至公元866年朝鲜半岛统一新罗时期，主要目的是庆祝释迦牟尼的诞辰。该节日在2020年被联合国教科文组织列入人类非物质文化遗产。 source

But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
