عجیب نیست که رویداد IEEE Day، به‌عنوان جشن سالیانه آغاز IEEE، در سال جاری به‌گونه‌ای متفاوت برگزار شود. به‌واسطه همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا در سطح جهان، تمامی گردهمایی‌های حضوری برای حفظ سلامت اعضا و خانواده آن‌ها به‌طور موقت منحل‌شده‌است. با این وجود، امکان برگزاری این رویداد هم‌چنان وجود دارد. به‌شرطی که کمی خلاق باشیم.
