Благодаря комментариям к этому блогу вчера выяснилось, что в Уникоде существую такие обозначения единиц измерения, спрессованные в квадратики, чтобы было удобно использовать с иероглифами.

Странно, но красиво — примерно как квадратный арбуз (разворот из моей книги про транспортные схемы, как ни странно).
