Emilie's Lumidouce Case bullets will use the stats of its "OriginOwner" while attacking, instead of the bullets' own stats.

The OriginOwner means Emilie herself, therefore Lumidouce Case won't snapshot.

The bullets themselves will keep this stat while moving though, so if Emilie's stat changes after a bullet has been fired, this change will not be reflected in the bullet's DMG.

We all know Mondstadt talent domain's Condensed Ice is annoying as f (doubles stamina consumption and completely stops stamina regeneration). Now its gone and enemy lineup has been nerfed, with an extra 75% Pyro DMG Bonus, but I wonder why they decided to make this change in 4.8.
