Fakihler (fıkıh âlimleri) ise muhaddislerin sünnet kavramı hakkındaki bu tarifini daraltarak şöyle derler:
"Sünnet: Rasûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem'in peygamberliğinden sonraki söz, fiil ve takrirleridir."
Akide âlimlerinin istilâhında:
"Sünnet: İlim, îtikâd, söz ve amel cihetiyle Rasûlullâh sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem'in ashâbının üzerinde olduğu yoldur. O ittiba edilmesi gereken, ehli övülen ve muhâlifleri kötülenen bir yoldur."
"C-m-a" kökünden gelen cemaat kelimesi ise lügatte: "Toplamak, toplanmak ve bir araya gelmek" anlamlarını içermektedir.

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
That growth environment will include rising inflation and interest rates. Those upward shifts naturally accompany healthy growth periods as the demand for resources, products and services rise. Importantly, the Federal Reserve has laid out the rationale for not interfering with that natural growth transition.It's not exactly a fad, but there is a widespread willingness to pay up for a growth story. Classic fundamental analysis takes a back seat. Even negative earnings are ignored. In fact, positive earnings seem to be a limiting measure, producing the question, "Is that all you've got?" The preference is a vision of untold riches when the exciting story plays out as expected.
