Remember the logarithm rule: if x^y = z then logz ÷ log x = y!

Our question says 2.134 x 10^x < 210,000

10^x < 210,000 ÷ 2.134

10^x < 98,406.748

So following our logarithm rule, x < log 98,406.748 ÷ log 10

x < 4.99

So flooring 4.99 = 4

Answer: 4
