🚀 We are looking for a Middle UI Designer, Windmill Digital

City: Lviv, Ukraine

About us:
Windmill is a boutique digital design agency dedicated to delivering impactful digital products and solutions that resolve modern challenges.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer, or in a similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles;
• Experience in the design of enterprise projects (including creating and supporting design system/Apple & Material Design guidelines);
• Ability to apply a high-fidelity wireframe/prototype approach and to create a user flow from scratch;
• Demonstrated visual design capability that is attractive and polished;
• Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail;
• Proactivity and ability to solve tasks (ability to accept criticism and explain your decisions);
• English - Upper Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
• Create visual design mock-ups and prototypes as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviours;
• Define, develop, and present innovative visual design concepts across multiple channels;
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes;
• Apply excellent technical competency in all UI Designer skills, focusing on pixel-perfect visual design and animation;
• Designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating on UI solutions;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions;
• Create wireframe/prototype and new UI elements of the product;
Improve and refine existing elements of the product;
• Develop a Design System and Design Guidelines;
• Meet or exceed the Design team’s culture and quality standards;
• Conduct user research, summarise feedback, and apply it to designs.
