وزیر کار بایستی بیشترین حساسیت نسبت به وضعیت معاش و رفاه نسبی کارگران و دغدغه اجرای صحیح قانون کار و مخصوصا مفاد ماده ۴۱ قانون کار را داشته و با جدیت به دنبال تحقق آن باشند . و با عنایت به وطایف اصلی و ذاتی آن وزارتخانه در این امر پیشگام باشند.
