Пациент 63 года, в анамнезе гипертензия, привезли с болью в груди тупого характера от 15:00~, без иррадиации. Помимо этого тяжело ему дышать при минимальной физической нагрузке, забыл уже месяц принимать фуросемид. Cатурация 90% без кислорода, потом 94%. АД 145/92 мм рт ст.
Была операция на коленом суставе 3 месяца назад. 6 неделей колол фраксипарин, но уже неделю как не колит, потому что сказали, что не нужно, но большую часть времени иммобильный. Также есть архивная ЭКГ от 2023 года.
