طريقة العمل🍽 في كيس خام نضع اللبن ونضع الكيس في مصفاة ثم بضع فوق الكيس شيئ ثقيل لكي يصفى الماء الي في اللبن ونتركه لليله كامله الى ان يجف من الماء جيدا ويصبح عجينه ثخينه ثم نقوم بأخراجها من الكيس ونرش عليها حبة البركه ونعحنها ثم نعملها على شكل كرات كما مبين بالصورى اعلاه ونضعها في قنينه زجاجيه محكمة الغطاء ونصب عليها زيت الزيتون وتحفض في مكان في المطبخ وليس في البراد لان زبت الزيتون الاصلي يجمد حين وضعه في البراد وتقدم في الافطار او كوجبه في العشاء والف عافيه♥️ منقول
