У 2021 році ми з Марко Черветті проїхали трошки Мексикою та відвідали багацько закладів. Так що я передивлялась мішленівські сторіз і зойкала: тут була, і тут була, йой, і тут!
Мехіко-сіті та два ресторани, що отримали одразу по дві зірки, Pujol та Quintonil — done!
Rosettа - чудовий ресторан і не менш прекрасна пекарня — 1 зірка.
Levadura de Olla в Оахаці — то взагалі краш мого серця, бо це томатний парадайз — отримала 1 зірку, йуххууу!
