🔹پس از تایید شورای نگهبان، این قانون از خرداد ماه اجرا خواهد شد و روزهای کاری هم از یکشنبه تا پنج‌شنبه خواهد بود و ساعت کاری کارمندان دولت به 40 ساعت در هفته می رسد!
🔹همچنین با تصویب مجلس، سازمان اداری و استخدامی کشور موظف شد متناسب با تغییرات فناوری و در شرایط اضطرار، ساعت کار و نحوه ارائه خدمت و تقویم آموزشی مدارس و مراکز آموزش عالی را تهیه کرده و به تصویب هیات وزیران برساند.
