12港人案 深圳鹽田檢察院就其中10人向法院提公訴
【香港電台】深圳市鹽田區人民檢察院公布，以被告人鄧槃然、喬映瑜，涉嫌組織他人偷越邊境罪；鄭子豪、嚴文謙、張銘裕、張俊富、黃偉然、李子賢、李宇軒、郭子麟等8人，涉嫌偷越邊境罪，依法向深圳市鹽田區人民法院提起公訴。
另外，對本案另外兩名未成年犯罪嫌疑人，深圳市鹽田區人民檢察院擇日舉行不公開聽證，並依法作出決定。（全文）

For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
