苹果加速健康领域布局，AI医生与M5 iPad Pro蓄势待发
苹果公司正推动其有史以来最大规模的健康技术升级，计划推出全新健康应用及AI健康教练“Health+”，预计将于iOS 19.4正式上线。该服务结合AI与医生专家内容，提供个性化健康建议，并加强食物追踪与健身指导。
此外，苹果正在测试搭载M5芯片的新款iPad Pro，计划今年下半年发布，并已启动M6版本开发，目标2027年推出。苹果还宣布WWDC 2025将于6月9日至13日举行，并任命Vanessa Trigub为全球零售负责人，进一步优化管理架构。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
