据群友测试，在插入外置esim的安卓设备上，用a配置文件成功开启vowifi后，开启飞行模式，再切换到b配置文件可以绕过b卡的ip校验，继续维持vowifi状态
推测安卓有关vowifi启用条件鉴权是在本地完成，切换配置文件由于是同一张实体卡的缘故不会二次鉴权
a卡使用telekom，umobile，tello，xox，UltraMobile，b卡使用giffgaff，均可正常复现
