اجتني امرأة كبيرة بالسن عمرها 52 سنه لصيدلية تم تشخيصها بالاكتئاب بعد ما كانت يم طبيب امراض جملة عصبية واجت اصرفلها أدوية اكتئاب طبعا الطبيب كاتبها واحد من عائلة #SSRI سألتها تمر بالضرف سابقا وليش صار عدها الاكتئاب مشفت شي يحوي للاكتئاب من ضرف بس المريضه عدها ربو وهنا خلي خطين وين الربط بين الربو والاكتئاب ؟ -الربط كالآتي المريضه اولا Chronic Asthma وماشيه على Monetlukast صارلها 6 أشهر هنا عرفنا شنو سبب Depression
ال Monetlukast يسبب اعراض نفسية مثل الاكتئاب
ذا مرضى الربو ماخذين مونتيلوكاست وضهر عدهم اعراض نفسيه الأفضل ايقاف العلاج وتبديله بآخر شنو الاخر ؟ Levocetirizine خيار جيد كبديل
وهنا FDA اتأكد ذلك وجميع المصادر تأكد ذلك .
