اولاً غسل الجرح لمدة ١٥ دقيقة ب normal saline ونعقمها بالكحول
ثانياً ننطي للمريض anti tetanus عضلي وننطي prophylactic antibiotics مثل augmentin
ثالثاً بالنسبة لل anti rabies immunoglobulin الجرعة هي 20iu/kg نحقنها بمكان الجرح وحول الجرح والباقي ننطي عضلي im بمنطقة deltoid
(اذا ما متوفر IG اگدر انطي باي يوم واقصى شي ٧ ايام بعد اعطاء اول جرعة للقاح بعدها ما يفيد )
رابعاً بالنسبة للقاح اكو طريقين للاعطاء الاولى هي 1-1-1-1-1 او يسموها 5dose regimen
الجرعة الاول، ننطيها اول يوم يجي بي المريض بعدين ٣ يوم وراها ٧ يوم وراها ١٤ وراها ٢٨ Day0,3,7,14,28 ننطيها عضلي بمنطقة deltoid ما عدا الاطفال الي اقل السنتين ننطيها ب thigh ما ننطيها gluteal ❌❌
الطريقة الثانية لاعطاء اللقاح هي (2 - 1 - 1 regimen) يعني اول يوم يجي بي المريض راح ننطي جرعتين ب deltoid بالجهتين يمنى ويسرى عضلي

Telegram starts the timer once they are sent, not after they are read. This won’t affect the messages that were sent before enabling the feature.
