متن کامل گزارش کمیسیون اجتماعی برای تعطیلی روز شنبه و کاهش ساعت کار گزارش کمیسیون اجتماعی به مجلس شورای اسلامی «لایحه اصلاح ماده (87) قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری» که شور اول آن در جلسه مورخ 20/12/1403 به تصویب مجلس شورای اسلامی رسید جهت بررسی جزئیات در شور دوم به کمیسیون اجتماعی به عنوان کمیسیون اصلی ارجاع و پس از برگزاری جلسات متعدد، در نهایت در جلسه روز یکشنبه مورخ 2/2/1403 با حضور مسئولان دستگاه‌های اجرایی ذی‌ربط، دیوان محاسبات و کارشناسان مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس شورای اسلامی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و با اصلاحاتی در متن به شرح زیر به تصویب رسید. اینک گزارش آن در اجرای ماده (143) آئین نامه داخلی تقدیم مجلس شورای اسلامی می‌گردد.
