Ее обнаружили, когда ремонтировали памятник Ленину в Холмске. Послание оставили комсомольцы Холмского судоремонтного завода в 1970 году для потомков.
В 2018 году капсулу уже пытались найти, когда комсомольскому движению исполнилось 100 лет, но не смогли.
Позже местным жителям раскроют содержание послания, пообещал мэр.
