▪️التغيرات دي بتشمل:

1.Hydropic change:-

🔺ودي قاصدين بيها الانتفاخ البحصل للخلية لما الموية تتراكم جواها لانو زيما قلنا انو في حالة ال Reversible injury بتكون كمية ال ATP قليلة✌️

🔺دا بخلي انو بوابة ال Na+/K+ ATPase تتوقف عن العمل وبالتالي الصوديوم يتراكم جوة الخلية؛ وبالتالي تزيد من الاسموزية وبكدة الموية تخش جوة الخلية🤚

♧♧Grossly:
🔺بالعين المجردة بنلقي حدوث Swelling ف العضو المصاب 👈 مثلا تورم ف ال:
🔹Liver
🔹kideny

♧♧Microscopically:
🔻تحت المجهر بلقى بروزات صغيرة من غشاء الخلية بسموها:
#Cytoplasmic belebs 🦠

🔻برضو بنلقى حويصلات صغيرة داخل السيتوبلازم:
#Cytoplasmic_vacules

2-Hyaline change:-

🔹 ودي شنو كمان🤔؟ أولا كلمة Hyalin بمعني Glassy يعني زجااجي😍

[ Hyalos : تعني زجااج ]

🔹يلا لمن يقولوا Hyalin change قاصدين التغير ف الخلية بكون فيهو اجساام صلبة صغيرة زي الزجاج كدة ،وغالبا بتصبغ باللون الاحمر:
#Eosinophilic

🔹المواد دي قد تكون 👈 بروتين أو كاربوهيدرات أو دهون أو غيرها، يعني م قاصدين مادة محددة بس🤚

🔹 ال Hyalin ممكن تكون جوة الخلية:
#Intracellular

🔹او تكون برة الخلية 👈 Extracellular#

♤♤Intracellular hyalin:

- غالبا بتظهر ف ال Epithelial cell,مثال للنوع دا:
-Mallory's hyalin:

- بتنتج من تجمع البروتينات الخيطية اسمها intermediate flament ,بتاع ال cytoskelton

-Nuclear cytoplasm inclusion:
---> ودي لمن يحصل viral infection🤚

-Russel's bodies:
---> ودي قاصدين بيها الكميات الكبيرة من ال immunoglobulin لما تكون داخل ال Rough Endoplasmic reticulum

♤♤;Extracellular:
- وهنا بلقى النوع دا من ال Hyalin برة الخلية ف ال C.Tissue ،وابسط مثال للنوع دا👈 لمن يحصل زيادة ف ضغط الدم ،دا بيؤثر على الاوعية الدموية الصغيرة وبتعمل حاجة اسمها:
# Hyalin_arteriolosclerosis

- يعني الهيالين تتكثف حول الاوعية دي وتسبب تصلب ف الشرايين الصغيرة🤚

3-Mucoid change:
- عبارة mucoid يعني بحصل تجمع لمواد بتشبه ال Mucos.

- ال Mucos مكونة من Mucin و Glycoprotien بتنتج بواسطة ال Epithelial cell وبعض ال C.tissue.

- يلا ال Mucin بتاعت ال C.Tissue بسموها:
#Myxoid

How to Buy Bitcoin?

This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
