投资标的不断丰富 市场活跃度持续提升 公募 REITs 进入常态化发行新阶段
公募 REITs 近期持续 “上新”，供给力度加大。截至 3 月 23 日，今年已有 5 只公募 REITs 发行上市，节奏快于上年同期水平。其中，多只新发公募 REITs 提前结募，折射公募 REITs 市场热度不断升温。市场人士认为，在政策支持下，公募 REITs 市场进入常态化发行新阶段，覆盖行业范围和底层资产类别进一步拓宽，预计会有更多领域 “首单” 项目入场，不断丰富投资标的，持续提升市场活跃度。（中证报）
