Задержали экс-главу МВД РК Ерлана Тургумбаева по делу о январских событиях. В генпрокуратуре информацию подтвердили. Задержали его по статье 362 УК РК: "Превышение власти или должностных полномочий, повлекшее тяжкие последствия".
Напомним, экс-министр возглавлял МВД с февраля 2019 года и был освобожден от должности после январских событий – 25 февраля 2022 года.
