Just started the Diaries
Well, I just started the vampire diaries. S1E8 and I am in love with Lexi. Unfortunately I did read ahead about her demise. They could’ve done so much with the friendship between Lexi and Elana. Haven’t even finished season one and I’m already sad.

If you killed a human and they came back a vampire would it still trigger the werewolf curse?
I don’t know if that has been talked about before but I’ve always been curious. Personally, I think it’ll trigger the curse because a vampire is still dead. What do you think?

Lately I’ve been seeing people call Keelin/Freya and Bonnie/Enzo relationships stockholm syndrome. I never saw it like that but now that i read it, i can’t unsee it😭. But its crazy to me because they were the healthiest relationships in the series lol. What do you guys think?

I wanted to like Katherine so bad… (Discussion)
I wanted to like her so bad up until the whole passenger stuff with her taking over Elena’s body. Like S5 E12 just makes me so irritated every time I watch it because of how insufferable Katherine is.
Like can we talk about how she purposefully let Tyler overheard how Caroline slept with Klaus just to get her to stop bothering her? And then bringing up how Damon “tortured” Katherine by giving her nightmares as a human on her deathbed to manipulate him into feeling guilty?
I just cannot stand her in these final episodes not gonna lie.

Who read the books? (TV Crew)
Since there has been talk about the books again, it reminded me of something I wondered about. Even though the show ended up being different and strayed farther and farther away from the books to the point that they weren't even on the same continent anymore, who in the show did and didn't read them?
I know Kevin at least read the first four since he talked about it when TVD was getting adapted.
Julie supposedly read them because she was the one who pushed Kevin to as well but she later admitted that she only read half of the first book.
Nina didn't because Julie outright told her not to because TV Elena was different from Book Elena.
I heard that Ian apparently read them.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Joseph didn't simply because not only is his Klaus vastly different but it was Paul who suggested casting him. So I'm gonna assume he never read them either but correct me if I'm wrong.
So does anyone else know who did or didn't read the books? Also corrections are completely welcome.

When people say Elena makes everything about her I roll my eyes
I’m re-watching season two. Elena tried to sacrifice herself so much up to the point where she actually does during the sacrifice ritual. People will never make me hate her😭. She has annoying moments, but they literally all do.
Mystic Falls Gang literally tell her she’s suicidal for trying to protect them.

Caroline is definitely extroverted 😅 I think that Stefan and Elijah are introverted. Damon and Klaus are a mix of both depending if they like the person or not. Elena is more introverted and Bonnie is extroverted when it comes to Caroline and Elena. No clue what Matt, Jeremy and Tyler are…ambivert? Enzo seems extroverted, he just has no friends 😭😂. Kai and Silas are extroverted 🤣

Damon and rose definitely liked eachother. And yeah he loved Elena. But do you guys think if she didn’t die would they have tried to be more than friends? I mean idk what Damon meant when they were talking on his couch he said “just friends? Are you sure you can do that?” Clearly he had some kind is feelings for her. And she said “I don’t love men who love other women” which btw (period) but what do you guys think? I really think they would have dated. Idk if forever but they would have for sure.
