Конечно же, что сотрудники начнут тыкать пальцем со словами "Этого не написано в инструкции, поэтому не сделали/не будем делать!".
Делюсь с Вами дополнением к инструкциям (см. фото), которое должно идти для любой должности/профессии. И обязательно доведено + обсуждено с сотрудниками.
