Больше сотни волонтёров в ближайшие дни на улицах городов и поселков будут раздавать символ памяти. Всего по региону "разлетится" 15 тысяч чёрно-оранжевых лент. Акция пройдет с 24 апреля по 9 мая по всей стране.
