На пересечении улиц Измаил и 31 августа в центральной части города получил ранение в результате стрельбы 28-летний мужчина.

В результате оперативных мероприятий полиции установили личность, местонахождение и задержали человека, стрелявшего из пистолета. Им оказался 44-летний мужчина, а пистолет находился у него в незаконном владении.
