文憑試暫維持4月22日開考 考期壓縮至3星期
教育局局長楊潤雄表示，目前維持以4月22日為中學文憑試為開考目標，並將1個月考期壓縮至約3星期完成。他又說，已制訂兩個後備考期，分別在5月中及6月，最遲4月初決定。他強調這並非簡單的行政決定，除了考慮疫情，亦要考慮整體防疫安排、考生士氣等。楊潤雄重申，會視乎疫情發展以決定何時開考，最壞情況下，一如過去兩年的做法，考評局會有相應評估機制。楊潤雄又說，當局會向考評局提供一筆過約2000萬元資助，包括用作網上評卷系統的運作及提供快速測試包等。他同時呼籲學生盡快接種新冠疫苗，為恢復面授課堂創造有利條件。
