أقدم أحد الأشخاص منذ عدة أيام على رمي قنـ.بلة حـ.ربية وتفـ.جيرها بالقرب من حارة الحرابلة التابعة لحي الصالحين بحلب وذلك بقصد ترويع الأهالي المقيمين بالقرب من المكان ، ومن خلال المتابعة والأبحاث التي قام بها فرع الأمن الجنائي بحلب حول الحـ.ادثة تمكن من معرفة الفاعل وهو المدعو (عبد الجليل . ع) وبنصب الكـ.مين اللازم تم إلقاء القبض عليه ، وبتحري منزله عثر بضمنه على ثلاث قنـ.ابل حـ.ربية وجامعة حديدية تم مصادرتهم جميعاً.
بالتحقيق الأولي مع المقبوض عليه اعترف بتفـ.جير قنـ.بلة حـ.ربية في المكان المذكور بقصد إخافة الأهالي المقيمين بالقرب من المكان وترويعهم.
نظم الضبط اللازم بحق المقبوض عليه وسيتم تقديمه إلى القضاء بعد الانتهاء من التحقيقات معه أصولاً.
