Какой размер ипотечной ставки приемлем для вас финансово и психологически?

Не более 2-3%, как во многих западных странах.

Существующие ставки около 7% с госсубсидированием - это ок.

Смогу выплачивать 12%, это адекватно сегодняшним реалиям.

Готов брать и под 15-18%, если иного варианта не будет.

Если первоначальный взнос составляет более 70%, то можно и под 20-25%. Выплачу досрочно.

Теоретически, смогу платить 20% годовых, но останется не на жизнь, а на существование.

Ипотека сегодня мне не по карману. Вообще.
