八旬翁於4月16日在中聯辦大樓附近，用鑿刺向正在請願的社民連成員梁國雄，令梁國雄右腰窩擦傷。他今（17日）在東區裁判法院承認一項襲擊致造成身體傷害罪。裁判官鄭紀航稱，涉案金屬鑿堅硬、尖銳，有一定重量，幸好事主傷勢不重，但在影片看到老翁「行動敏捷」，並從他口中可聽出他「熱愛社會」，與對方政見不同才犯案，認為被告願意為社會做一些有意義的事，決定先為他索取社會服務令報告，押後至10月13日判刑。
