重新开始吃肉了。不知道那些健身同时又吃素的人怎么坚持下来的,我反正行不通,吃素健身会浑身无力、皮肤苍白、心跳过快(不用妖魔化吃素,可能是我自己营养没搭配好的关系)。

也努力了 —— B12吃了,维生素D补了,铁片糖果也嚼了,每天也会补一些锌和硒,但还是不太行(我小时候贫血、缺铁,查了下素食中的铁主要是非血红素铁,比红肉中的血红素铁含量少、且吸收效率低。现在的铁片糖果可能吸收效率也不高,但相对温和,不像其他铁补充剂一样伤肠胃。我肠胃很娇气……)

总之在没有找到更好的方式前,还是重新吃肉了。最近真的碳水爆炸了,天天睡前生吞一条法棍🥖……
