## 储存条件苛刻的奶浆
cremia 奶浆无论是储存还是出品的条件都比普通冰淇淋苛刻,且机器打出来的成品融化得很快。作为一款冰淇淋,食客当然希望吃到冰一点的,而不是化成水的冰淇淋。高价、损耗大、销量低三者构成了一组恶性循环。

## 不符合国情的特立独行的蛋筒
一般冰淇淋蛋筒的工艺是 烤华夫饼 的工艺,但是 cremia 御用蛋筒是 煎蛋卷 工艺。这种蛋筒相比普通蛋筒更甜、油更多,至于风味是不是更好就见仁见智。但是,cremia 御用蛋筒的“融化”速度特别快。一个冰淇淋吃不了一半,蛋筒底部就被融化的冰淇淋溶穿,滴得满手都是。如果想完整享受冰淇淋,打冰淇淋的时候记得问店员要一个可乐杯,把冰淇淋倒进去,用勺子挖着吃。
