وزیر اقتصاد از تصویب اصلاح آیین‌نامه رفع تعهدات ارزی صادرکنندگان در جلسه هیئت دولت خبر داد. بر این اساس، علاوه بر ادامه پیمان‌سپاری ارزی در سال 1403، برخی از مسائلی که صادرکنندگان با آن مواجه بودند مانند برخورداری از امتیازات صادراتی در آیین‌نامه سال جدید دیده شده است که امکان خوبی در اختیار صادرکنندگان قرار می‌دهد. همچنین قرار است کمیته رفع تعهدات ارزی صادرکنندگان با تسهیل‌گری ویژه‌ای به موضوعات مرتبط با صادرکنندگان خرد به‌ویژه صادرکنندگان صنایع دستی بپردازد. در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی هم بندی به آیین‌نامه جدید اضافه شد تا سرمایه‌گذاران خارجی در مسیر تسعیر سرمایه‌گذاری خودشان از امکانات این آیین‌نامه استفاده کنند.
