▫️با مصوبه شورای پول و اعتبار مبلغ تسهیلات ودیعه مسکن در تهران ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان، در مراکز استان‌ها ۱۵۰ میلیون تومان، در سایر شهرها ۱۰۰ میلیون تومان و در روستاها ۴۰ میلیون تومان است. نرخ سود این تسهیلات ۱۸ درصد و دوره بازپرداخت آن ۶۰ ماهه است. از سوی دیگر مطابق قانون حمایت از خانواده و جوانی جمعیت وام ۳۰۰ میلیون تومانی ودیعه مسکن به‌صورت قرض‌الحسنه به خانوارهای مشمول پرداخت می‌شود. مطابق بخشنامه فروردین ماه امسال بانک مرکزی این تسهیلات مختص خانواده‌هایی است که از تاریخ اول فروردین ۹۹ به بعد صاحب فرزند سوم یا بیشتر می‌شوند. بر این اساس پس از اعتبارسنجی متقاضیان و در صورت عدم تکافوی اعتبار آنها، به منظور تأمین رکن ضامن، مؤسسات اعتباری موظفند با توثیق حساب یارانه یا سهام عدالت متقاضیان یا بستگان درجه اول از طبقه اول آنها یا سایر دارایی‌های مالی وی یا تنها دریافت یک فقره سفته و یک نفر ضامن نسبت به پرداخت تسهیلات اقدام کنند
