Парламент Эстонии не утвердил инициированный правительством закон об использовании замороженных активов России для поддержки Украины.
«Активы, которые уже были заморожены под международными санкциями и которыми их владельцы все равно не смогут воспользоваться или распорядиться, могут быть использованы для компенсации ущерба», — заявил председатель конституционной комиссии парламента Хендрик Террас.
