🔹نامه مورخ ۲۰/ ۱/ ۱۴۰۳ مدیرکل امور مالیات بر ارزش افزوده شهر و استان تهران در پاسخ به استعلام اداره کل امور مالیاتی ... در رابطه با نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده قند و شکر تولید داخل در سال ۱۴۰۳

🔺در سال ۱۴۰۲ نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده قند و شکر برای واردات و نیز تولید داخل ۱ درصد مقرر شده است

✍از آنجا که تاکنون مصوبه ای در خصوص کاهش نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده قند و شکر در سال ۱۴۰۳ ابلاع نشده است نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده قند و شکر ۱۰ درصد می باشد

✍البته در قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۳ به دولت اجازه داده حقوق گمرکی و مالیات بر ارزش افزوده واردات کالاهای اساسی را به ۱ درصد کاهش دهد و اگر در راستای این حکم قند و شکر جزو کالاهای اساسی درنظر گرفته شود صرفا واردات آن مشمول کاهش نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده بوده و نه عرضه آن که همان ۱۰ درصد خواهد بود
