啟廉留意到不少人前往湖暉/湖翠/湖月/學校，會在湖山路落車。啟廉明白要的士兜大圈駛入湖景邨，既嘥錢、亦嘥時間，不過跨欄入邨也極為不便。因此早年曾向運輸署要求加設落客處，可惜當時未有接納，房署更加貼嚴禁攀爬告示。
啟廉去年上任後，再次提出及邀約房署及運輸署到場講解建議，經商討後最終啟廉建議獲得兩部門接納。
現時落客處已完成畫圖，並正進行地區諮詢。如一切順利，可於今年內完成。屆時各位居民便不用再跨欄回家，特別對購物後一抽二褦、嬰兒車或輪椅人士更為方便。

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Yellen’s comments have been cited as a reason for bitcoin’s recent losses. However, Yellen’s assessment of bitcoin as a inefficient medium of exchange is an important point and one that has already been raised in the past by bitcoin bulls. Using a volatile asset in exchange for goods and services makes little sense if the asset can tumble 10% in a day, or surge 80% over the course of a two months as bitcoin has done in 2021, critics argue. To put a finer point on it, over the past 12 months bitcoin has registered 8 corrections, defined as a decline from a recent peak of at least 10% but not more than 20%, and two bear markets, which are defined as falls of 20% or more, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
