В I квартале 2025 года объем проектного финансирования вырос на 0,4 трлн рублей, до 8,7 трлн рублей, сообщает ЦБ.
На динамику повлиял более медленный ввод домов в эксплуатацию, из-за чего уменьшились темпы погашения кредитов.
