Для создания словаря из известного набора ключей и одинаковых значений часто используют генераторы словарей (dict comprehensions).
Однако класс dict имеет удобный метод fromkeys, который был создан специально для таких случаев.

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
With the help of the Search Filters option, users can now filter search results by type. They can do that by using the new tabs: Media, Links, Files and others. Searches can be done based on the particular time period like by typing in the date or even “Yesterday”. If users type in the name of a person, group, channel or bot, an extra filter will be applied to the searches.
