السلام عليكم شيخنا العزيز والدتي قبل الوفاة قامت بجمع أموالها الخاصه بها فقامت بإعطاء الخمس الى اختي علما ان اختي( تملك بيت )فاعطتها المبلغ حتى تبني بيت لها ثاني ...(هل يجوز شرعا) افتونا يرحمكم الله
