Google修改扩展程序政策以限制广告联盟链接
此前知名扩展程序Honey 被曝出暗中替换广告联盟的返利链接，Google今日更新政策明确限制此行为：
要求任何包含广告返利链接的扩展必须在 Chrome 网上应用店页面、用户界面和安装前进行突出描述；不允许在没有相关用户操作且没有为用户提供切实利益的情况下插入返利链接；在添加每个代码、链接或 Cookie 之前，需要用户采取相关操作。
常见的违规行为包括在没有折扣、现金返还或捐赠的情况下插入返利链接、无需相关用户操作，即可在后台持续注入联盟链接的扩展程序等。

Telegram has made it easier for its users to communicate, as it has introduced a feature that allows more than 200,000 users in a group chat. However, if the users in a group chat move past 200,000, it changes into "Broadcast Group", but the feature comes with a restriction. Groups with close to 200k members can be converted to a Broadcast Group that allows unlimited members. Only admins can post in Broadcast Groups, but everyone can read along and participate in group Voice Chats," Telegram added.
