职场使用 AI 恐损职业声誉，多项实验印证社会偏见

杜克大学研究显示，职场中使用AI工具（如ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等）的员工可能面临能力与动机的双重负面评价。超4400名参与者的四项实验表明，同事及经理普遍认为AI使用者更“懒惰”、“不称职”且更易“被取代”。此偏见跨越年龄、性别与职业，成为普遍社会污名。

研究指出，非AI使用管理者更倾向拒绝录用频繁使用AI的候选人，而那些本身频繁使用AI的管理者，则更倾向接纳AI用户。当AI应用与任务高度相关时，负面评价才会显著减弱。历史类比显示，从书写术到计算器，劳动节约工具常引发类似质疑。

此外，AI虽提升效率，但8.4%员工因质检AI输出等新增任务反而增负。世界经济论坛预测，至2030年AI将净增7800万岗位，但职场中“秘密半机械人”（私下用AI者）与监管矛盾凸显。

Telegram announces Search Filters

With the help of the Search Filters option, users can now filter search results by type. They can do that by using the new tabs: Media, Links, Files and others. Searches can be done based on the particular time period like by typing in the date or even “Yesterday”. If users type in the name of a person, group, channel or bot, an extra filter will be applied to the searches.

How Does Bitcoin Work?

Bitcoin is built on a distributed digital record called a blockchain. As the name implies, blockchain is a linked body of data, made up of units called blocks that contain information about each and every transaction, including date and time, total value, buyer and seller, and a unique identifying code for each exchange. Entries are strung together in chronological order, creating a digital chain of blocks. “Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes accessible to anyone who wishes to view it, acting as a public ledger of cryptocurrency transactions,” says Stacey Harris, consultant for Pelicoin, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs. Blockchain is decentralized, which means it’s not controlled by any one organization. “It’s like a Google Doc that anyone can work on,” says Buchi Okoro, CEO and co-founder of African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax. “Nobody owns it, but anyone who has a link can contribute to it. And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
