机器人 inline 模式是什么？怎么使用？

部分机器人开启了 inline 模式，可以把它理解为一个全局模式，并且 inline 模式无需将机器人加入群组就可以使用。用户可以通过在任何聊天中的文本输入框中，输入机器人用户名和查询关键词来调用机器人。
举个例子，群组机器人 @zh_groups_bot 就有 inline 模式，使用方法是：
在任意聊天窗口内输入 @机器人用户名（如 @zh_groups_bot），然后空格，再根据机器人提示输入关键词（如 TGgeek），就会出现相应的功能，如图所示。

Telegram hopes to raise $1bn with a convertible bond private placement

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.

In many cases, the content resembled that of the marketplaces found on the dark web, a group of hidden websites that are popular among hackers and accessed using specific anonymising software.“We have recently been witnessing a 100 per cent-plus rise in Telegram usage by cybercriminals,” said Tal Samra, cyber threat analyst at Cyberint.The rise in nefarious activity comes as users flocked to the encrypted chat app earlier this year after changes to the privacy policy of Facebook-owned rival WhatsApp prompted many to seek out alternatives.某新手的互联网收藏:电报使用技巧等 from us
